While Sonakshi Sinha's ensemble was an absolute bust, Kareena Kapoor rocked her royal gown

You'd think that by now Bollywood's
A-listers would have got the hang of the fashion game. But sadly, every once in
awhile, comes a look that makes you wonder who smoked what before they agreed
to wear that particular ensemble in public.

Sonakshi Sinha's gestures seem to be echoing
the question in my mind - What? Why would she wear something like this?

Sonakshi picked this from Nishka Lulla's Summer
Resort 2017 collection. However, the fault does not lie with the designer. On
the runway, Nishka showed the paper bag waist skirt with a sheer layer over it.

However, Sonakshi chose to do away with it.
Which was a bad, bad move. The sheer layer was required to soften the look
because otherwise the waistline and bralette clash horribly.

In this Chloé ensemble, Sonam Kapoor
channelled Zeenat Aman's flower power from the '70s. I'm totally game for the hippy
vibe this ensemble is giving off. Bonus points for those oversized glasses.

gown. The powder blue silken gown fell so beautifully on Kareena and I adore
the neckline.

diamond necklace - a perfect complement to the gown. She looked like absolute
royalty.

Anushka Sharma hit the radio waves wearing
a Zara dress which, I think, all of us should aspire to have in our wardrobes. She
paired it with those lustworthy Valentino Rockstud flats, which, I think, most
of us can only dream of having in our wardrobes.

Yami Gautam attended the trailer launch of her film Sarkar 3 wearing a custom pinstripe waistcoat and cigarette pants by Swapnil Shinde. Yami's style comprises mostly of feminine looks so this androgynous one was a pleasant surprise. The best part was the perfect fit of the ensemble.
